I think we might do this one.

ETA - I didn't read the OP properly. There's no mention of having to register on the flyer we've got, but if they want us to use Facebook they can sod off.

I'll be turning up, considering it's two minutes down the road. Car definitely isn't fit for a show until it gets its respray though!

Thank you, although we've made family arrangements now so can't be there anyway.

That was interesting....a fair bit different from the Shere Hill Climb the weekend before which was an amazing mix of classic, expensive sports cars. This was about cars that were loved by their owners...be they rusty Morris Minors, monster yank tanks, Mk 1 Escorts or, and this was an odd one, an Alfa 4C. I was the orange. Westy sandwiched between a real minger of a Vauxhall Nova and a fking dreadfull, hideous Ferrari California replica. I turned up next to a line of about 10 Caterhams and was greeted by a couple of owners intent on complimenting me on my car....which was nice. Good weather made the day and so did a little detour though some deserted roads on the way home.

Haha i took a pic of those three cars (nova, westy and ferrari) as I thought it perfectly represented the social diversity of edenbrige. I rate myself as somewhere between the nova and westy :-)

Had a great day at the show, got chatting to lots more people than I normally do at these things. will definitely be back next year.

That is NOT a Ferrari, it's an abomination of a replica based on an even more revolting production car...the Lexus SC...please post up the pic smile

The fact my friend's fire damaged Triumph Dolomite got invited to be a show car made us chuckle! Definitely an eclectic mix of vehicles.
