Problem is that I'm not sure if you're allowed to walk into the PH section if it is on the infield? Unless there is more than one cafe? Maybe I can get them to do a trapeze act on the rollbar

This may be academic as instructions go out tomorrow (today) but I get the impression we're on tarmac outside near the main gate

The Visitors' center has a coffee shop

We're not on the infield, we're just outside the main entrance.

Can I make a plea for non attendees to update the list asap please? I'm outside the top 500 but really want to attend this event. The list doesn't appear to be updating as quickly as other Sunday Services, and it would be really helpful to be able to plan our weekend. Thanks!

If you have signed up and are not on the reserves list, please check your spam filter / junk inbox. You'll need both the instructions and the attached PDF to print out and stick in your windscreen.

I hope that this helps and we're really looking forward to seeing lots of you on Sunday!

Hi Danny,

Due to the slightly-awkward foibles of the calendar / sign up list this isn't as easy as it should be to answer. Essentially the answer is yes... depending on when you were promoted into the 500. Basically we have no facility to "freeze" the list once we've pulled the list of email addresses off it and sent the instructions (which usually happens on the Wednesday before an event).

This is something that we're looking to improve and refine, but in the short term (and this goes for anyone else too) if you haven't received instruction by the Thursday morning, you're in the "main" list and the email definitely isn't in your junk mail then you need to email eybic (Nathan) who will manually forward you the details.
