Anyone going or been before?

And if you have an interesting car and are willing to hand over £50 quid, they might let you drive it up the hill!

£8.00 for spectators!

Another Surrey Rip Off! rolleyes On the bright side you might be able to take out a few cyclists wink

An album of the day as promised

All in all an excellent event. seemed to be really well run, and rarely any quiet time on the hill so kept it interesting. I stayed for all the first runs and about half of the second runs. I loved the variety of cars, both in age, and also in purpose. The morris minor driving up hooting and waving was a nice antidote to the utterly insane 6R4 and "The Beast" TVR.

Fantastic day..£8:00 for spectators and £7:50 for a roll and a cuppa tea was a bit steep though! I've never seen such an eclectic display of cars anywhere...where else would you see a Bentley Blower next to a Metro 6R4 next to a Lotus R340 next to a Ferrari 250 SWB....amazing.

If your after a watermark free version just drop me a PM and ill send you it over. Which car was yours out of interest? and was it as much fun driving up as it looked? because it looked ridiculously good fun.

it was great fun. I slowed like most did at the first sort of 'jump' on the main straight as it is a far bigger mound than you think. I have done the odd sprint here and there and this was excellent compared to them. shame the f355 hit the bank but a new bumper is probably all that will be needed. the car park was also nice to look at, a lot of cash kicking around that area that luckily, a lot seem to have invested in cars as there were a few NSXs kicking around the perimeter road and some really rare machines lurking.

Ah I left before the final runs, when and where did the 355 crash?

Yeah the car park was a sight and a half. So many nice cars.

The jump on that first straight looked pretty eye opening yes. I imagine things like the Lambo had to tippy toe over that.

Sent the picture by the way. Enjoy smile

Oh no, thats a shame.

there were plenty of cars clipping the bales, just to widen the track a little i'm sure ha. shame that someone got it a bit more wrong, hopefully as you said, no more damage than a new front bumper.

A great day ! For me the Mk 7 Jag taking no prisoners and the Renault Alpine loving the hill and chicane ! Nice crowd of enthusiasts and the parking money was all for charity .

Will give the hill a go and see if I bottom out if not I will enter next year .
