Was a rest turn out and I also heard that by about 1300 hrs 1200 cars had attended ! We were held at the paddock entrance for about 5 mins before space was available on the banking . I was in the Blue S3 on your picture roll !http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...

I went along yesterday and it was a great mix of the weird & wonderful (and that’s just the owners )
Certainly a packed event, even if the weather wasn’t as kind as it could have been – bit of queuing to get in, but parked on the banking after around 10mins from the gate. Certainly got the impression that they staff hadn’t expected that many and I think there were a few tricks missed on the catering front (very slow).
The thing that I find sad/odd though is just how shabby Brooklands is starting to look – the main buildings are a great step back in time, but a lot of the place is starting to look like a scrap-yard – I suspect money is tight, but it can’t cost that much to clean up some of the site/give the planes a clean/clear away & move to the side some of the rusting trucks? Maybe it’s just me, but with a little bit of investment/coordination that place could be a goldmine!
Good overall morning though and some amazing cars there.

Make a financial contribution and/or become a volunteer. They always need volunteers to help. Here are a few non TVR ones that I thought where fantastic Its one Day that I would not miss each year a great way to start the year it was the 3000s turn this year the Vixen last year and the Porsche Targa and the 3000s the year before so I hope the Tuscan V8 SE Conversion for 2016 if all goes to plan it does mean half a day cleaning when we get back but more than worth it and the food up in the Members Bar is Great so if your not a Member well worth the investment
The Last time I saw this one was in the http://www.museomillemiglia.it/en/ Last Year I believe it is now for sale after the owner passed away I think its the same one
We Can all Dream a stunning Car

Hi, had a fantastic day. Fair play for those owners who made the effort even on a grimey cold day, lots of nice machinery:
