For those that want to try some 24 hour team endurance racing without the outlay and risk of damaging a real car, this charity event in Slough on 28 Feb is accepting teams of up to 10 people to compete on the 24 hour Nurburgring circuit in a GT spec racecar. Anyone fancy putting up a team of petrol heads? I am in a team already and our strategy is already being nailed down. I believe this is the first of a (hopefully) annual fundraising event.

There are still a few team spaces left if 4+ (up to 10 really) guys want to club together and come down to have a go. All are welcome

Venue is in Slough so not too hard to get to for southern folk.

There are teams coming from the Lamborghini owners club, McLaren HQ and a few other places... should be pretty cool

Worth mentioning that the teams are a total mix of talent from people who have never touched a racing sim before all the way through to professional endurance racing drivers.

Would be great to get a PH forum team onboard!

Wow. Found possibly one other person I could race with, I like the idea of putting together a team to compete. Sounds like a great challenge with the added benefit of raising money for a great cause.

Lestiq,

there is also a drop in team available for people that cant get a full contingent together.

Just swing by the Race hut from 12 on the 28th Feb and ask for me (Dion) and we will get you in a simulator for a charitable donation
