2015 Nurburgring 24 hours – accommodation

Hi all,

I went to the N24 last year and loved it. I've banged on about it enough that I've been asked to try and work out how to do a trip there this year with my work. I booked accommodation this time last year and had loads of choice (admittedly the race was a month later), but I'm struggling to find anywhere within 10 miles or so that could fit us in. We're only likely to be 4-6 people at a guess. Does anyone know any decent guesthouses or hotels that don't get booked up so quickly?

I don't think we'd want to camp...

Stayed in Barweiler last year, which seemed a decent enough distance from the track.

We struggled to find anywhere booking a couple of months ago. Think you will have to look further out or wait hoping you get a last minute after a cancelation

I have successfully and enjoyably used the "Landhaus Sonnenhof" in Adehau. Found it and easy drive down to the circuit.

Thanks chaps – I've managed to find somewhere close with six rooms free after a bit of emailing around. Will probably find out Monday if the trip is going ahead; if it isn't I'll share details of where to find the rooms
