What's the sketch with parking normally? Is it like the Breakfast Club and we park on the track?

I'm sticking with the 0830 start as per the email. Extra 30 mins in bed.

Why do I receive Pistonheads newletters but rarely receive Sunday Service emails.
I think I have only ever received 1 Sunday Service email, but been registered and have attended about 5 ???

Shame that Goodwood's parking policy means that some of the best cars were left in the outer paddock where few will see them.

NSX,E30 M3,E46 CSL,Mustangs old and new,Corvette,Lotus Elan,classic Alfas,4xE24 635s and more.

I was directed to the outside carpark. Ok I've only got a fiesta but would have preferred to have been with all the other cars, there was no rhyme or reason why some were excluded!!!

But apart from that great turnout and great morning, thanks PH and Goodwood.

Great morning out, and heading back through the Hindhead Tunnel with the Roof down, with a little bit of second and third gear was rather good fun.

I did like how the crowd just appeared out of the woodwork when the 918 turned up. I didnt realise there was that many people there.

Loved the little Mazda Pickup on the start line, and 3 Cayman GT4s was rather nice too.

I was pretty annoyed to be directed to the "outer" parking when cars behind me got to park on the circuit & inner paddocks. Even late arrivals still got in.

Even so it was a great morning - there was some fantastic cars there.

To be fair to the Goodwood marshals, they were on minimum staff and there was no event support parking teams in contrast to Breakfast Clubs. The policy appeared to be fill up the paddocks and pit lane, then divert to the car park and try and limit people driving about for the sake of driving about. Which, whilst disappointing for some, does provide the event with a degree of safety for the pedestrians.

I love it that my car was mentioned in the same sentence as a Challenger Hellcat and a 918! Thanks for the great reception guys.

And yes, the only let down was the parking situation which meant many fabulous cars were left out of the way.
