It's a shame they moved it from Castle Combe, went there every year for 11 years (missed last year) and I won't be going to silverstone.

It's better for it - more tarmac'ed areas for clubs stands, better facilities, much better access. I thought it was better overall than last years show at Combe!

Oh I long for the old days! When it used to be held at a st hole you couldn't get into for hours, thems were the days.

Apart from that, you're right, it had outgrown Combe years ago.

Many times the drive is just as much fun as the event. See all sorts on the way.

Last year for Japfest we did a mini country road run with the MR2 lot. Worked quite well because our route took us into Combe a different way, which skipped a large portion of the queue

We did too, I'll admit to giving it a bit of a boot in first through the tunnel.

I was a little bit more naughty than that... The marshall at the end of the tunnel seemed to approve though!
