The way that thing moves through the sky is alien. Fascinates me every time.

Numbers we're massively down on previous years due to the lack of Vulcan flying.
All the previous years had maybe 20- 30 man long queues at all the food stalls, this year, no queues at all. A bit worrying really.

Still 165mph down the straight (indicated, not GPS) was my new record though, 159 last year. You can easily brake over 100m past the brake board even when wet.

On my last run the braking was a bit past that! whistle

I was there with my (dirty) red RX7 parked behind the OP's SVR in the display paddock on the Saturday. Managed 138mph on my run down the strip even though the dash indicated 150!

Apologies for not eventually tracking fellow PHers down and saying Hi.
Had a fab weekend, first one I have been to!
Pitched in the dark 9pm Friday next to a lovely black Ultima.
Ended up with the side car crew being ballast in the chair! smile Incredible experience smile
Also blagged a couple trips out with the kind chap with the KTM XBow - a box ticked for sure.

Some super snaps shared, thanks. My camera is too feeble to do these events justice.

Great cars, super pit action, lovely planes and excellent runs by all. Missed the Lotus Festival at Brands and although I missed my pals there, I'm so pleased I went for the different option smile

A good event for sure especially getting the chance to run the cars down the track and see what everyone else was doing. I was there in the Cuda for both days and really enjoyed it as the demo runs break up the day..

There were a few cameras around the track so I do hope pictures will be available but not sure from what source.
