I have the whole 11.55 session as well.
However I think my internet is terrible as I am never able to upload youtube videos longer than 10min... Plus I captured most (if not all) of the offenders mention in previous posts, so maybe I shouldn't upload that so as to avoid getting into any heated discussions :-)
BTW I thought your driving was of the highest standards, so thanks! That G33 looked beautiful.
Thanks, but I'm biased about the G33, I'm very lucky, my perfect car isn't shed loads of money: Just hard to find, maintain, live with etc. etc. Hang on.... I am still talking about the car aren't I?However I think my internet is terrible as I am never able to upload youtube videos longer than 10min... Admittedly I overtook some people around the outside of Luffield as a consequence of there just being way more grip on the outside so I just had a lot more corner speed. Also shot down the inside of 2 people at Brooklands which arguably I shouldn't have done, butttttt I was very close behind the corner before and didn't let me past on the straight despite the amount I caught up in the corners. Struggles of having a 2L NA Car

Fronts are about 5mm and rears are 3mm, rears won't have liked it! Has made me consider a spare set of wheels with all weather tyres on for those exact conditions!
What pressure you running? My AD08R's have about the same, maybe 4mm rear, I dropped them to 29psi and was quite impressed with them!Gar09 said:

It's hard to see from the video, but some of the cars were having horrendous understeer through Copse. And more than a few were experiencing oversteer in Woodcote - perhaps voluntarily in the case of the M3.
LOL @ you laughing at me

It was great to meet you, hope to see you at other PH gatherings.
Likewise. Was good to be on circuit with people who I felt knew what they were doing.Digga said:

Anyone have some footage of the 11.55 session? My GoPro attempt turned out to just be a nice clear view of the cabin!
Which car were you in? I was in that session.I am aware my car is quite quick in a straight line so did lift a few times on the straights to let people through who had better tyres/toys (talent?) to get them through the corners.
I fear that may have possibly been me(?) as I think I did it to someone at one point although I can't remember which car it was. Apologies if so, momentary lapse!
Anyone else in the 10:45 session? I was enjoying that in the rain. I expected to see the GTR coming up behind me but seems that an AWD Volvo was just about the quickest thing on track in the wet yesterday. More oversteer than understeer surprisingly which is the reverse to how it behaves in dry weather.
The chap in the A3 was surprisingly quick too. Amazing how the performance of cars were reversed in the wet.

Having been out passenger in the 9.35 session in the monsoon, was really lucky to have booked the 11.55 to drive. Still slippy but nice to have a dry line towards the end and be able to lean on the tyres a bit rather than just tip toe around. Was still getting traction control light flickering at 110mph tho which is pretty scary!!

I thought it was funny that a diesel estate was passing me so easily.
The original plan was to bring my Noble but thought better of it in the end!D

What car were you in?What a great morning, very enjoyable even in the rain! I was in the 9.35 session in the classic mini and the wet weather meant that I wasn't as much of a sitting duck as I would have been in the dry!
I think the driving standards were good and people were especially so given the conditions (there will always be a few exceptions).
It was good to talk to people in the pits and had a number of people ask about the car.
Unfortunately the Go pro didn't record so I don't have footage to stick up but I would like to see any photos if there are some as someone else has said, there seemed to be lots of people on the pit wall.
Thank you to the PH team.

had no grip at all, was like driving on ice which was a completely new and somewhat terrifying experience!
The chap in the silver, and stock MR2 had way more grip than me which was funny - stiff coilovers and Federal 595s meant I was getting out the way a lot of the time - hope I didnt hold anyone up too much.

It was nice to chat to another MR2 Roadster owed at a Sunday Service, usually I'm the only one!had no grip at all, was like driving on ice which was a completely new and somewhat terrifying experience!

I was also struggling for traction in my standard car. I think letting a few psi out of the front tyres would have helped.

09:35 Novice session ended up being first of the day.
Very wet still at the beginning, so taking a lot of care (i.e. slow!):
It really was this dark -

Did u have a 2zz engine in yours? I was admiring your rear end There was no grip at all on the racing line as I nearly lost the car through copse on the first lap. I found a lot more grip on the outside line and was able to carry my speed through the corners. Lack of power made overtaking very difficult and my only way was round the outside of copse.had no grip at all, was like driving on ice which was a completely new and somewhat terrifying experience!
