Morgan Motor Company Saturday Service 30/09

Grab a coffee and take the guided factory tour as PH returns to the Malvern Hills...

If you’re looking for an excuse for an early drive to grab some breakfast and see some fantastic cars this autumn, then look no further. On Saturday September 30th, we’ll be returning to the Morgan Motor Company in Malvern for our latest car meet.

It’s a firm favourite on our calendar – where else can you get up close and personal in the factory of one of the last few bastions of the British-built motor car? Much has changed at the site over the last few years, with a new experience centre, museum and showroom all open for us to peruse.

We have space for 300 cars with optional paid factory tours operating throughout the morning. The Saturday Service will be £5 per car and booking is essential to secure your spot, with all proceeds going to Midlands Air Ambulance Charity.

Moreover, unlike previous years, Morgan is operating their full guided tour experiences on the day, which must be booked in advance and will be worth every penny. You can get 50% off with discount code PH50 here. Morgan will also be running passenger rides in a Plus Four and Super 3 for a charitable donation per car, these can be booked on a first come first served basis upon arrival at reception.

Once you’ve booked your ticket here, add your name to the PH list here. We look forward to seeing you in Malvern!

There isn’t one guided tour, there are multiple. It looks like you book your ticket to the Saturday Service for £5 and then (if you want to) you can book a ticket to a guided tour with Morgan directly, but PH have sorted a 50% discount code which is “PH50”. You choose your own time.

It could definitely be written more clearly in the article. I expect a few will turn up expecting a factory tour for a fiver…

I can't see anywhere mentioning where the £5 entry is paid, is it on arrival? Booked the factory tour, and added myself to the list.

I've paid my £5 for the main entry to the Morgan meeting, but I can't for the life of me find how to book a factory tour on that date. Can anyone guide me to a link? Thank you

The article states £5 per car so I have bought one ticket. Morgan website does not sate that it is £5 per car though.

Erm, Am I reading the Factory Tour website page correct- £32.50 / Adult (before the PH50 discount)? If that’s correct it’s no wonder it’s a very low number that have signed up for next week! Morgan used to offer free factory tours at PH meets - what’s happened or is it a case of ‘let’s jump on the greed bandwagon as every other bugger seems to be doing it’?

Yeah, I thought that. But it is the proper two hour tour rather than the shortened version.

It’s well worth £32.50, the tour, so £16.25 is a great price. But, is anyone going to be working in the factory on a Saturday? I have only been on a weekday when the factory was in full swing, and I am 99% sure a Saturday tour was not available last time I went in 2021.

Looks to all be booked. Was going to chuck myself on the list but not worth the journey if no tours available.

Looks like I’ve paid the £5 pounds for no reason as I’m reluctant to travel a 3hour journey each way and can’t get to do the factory tour, should have checked that first.

Doubtful everyone I know who works in the factory is long gone by 15:30hrs on a Friday.
