Hi Luca
Any update on the DVD?
Cheers
Steve
I showed a pre-production version to the Surrey TVRCC on Wednesday. Should be finished in the next day or so, then onto duplication and printing. Up on the web before all that though
The main movie is 45mins. Hope you all enjoy it when its up. Watch this space...very soon.

Top geezer!
Luca,
Just downloaded and watched the masterpiece.
You obviously spent a lot of time on it, and once again you have produced an excellent piece of work. They just seem to get better and better.
Can I put my name down for a copy of the DVD.
Neil.
PS. We'll have to do Surrey Run 5 now, otherwise you'll have nothing to do in the evenings.

Hey - what happened at 27 m 38 secs
sounds like someone throwing up !!
I think you might be referring to Stubbini's passenger who was concentrating on filming and not expecting to brake suddenly for the roundabout hehe
And yes it is compulsory for attendees to purchase a DVD (only kidding).
I'm guessing that at the moment, due to the file size of the movie, folks don't appear to have the bandwidth to download it (based on the number of downloads compared with previous videos)...not sure how I can make the file size smaller without reducing the quality to zero.
Any suggestions on another format with decent quality, yet a very, very high compression to take a 45 minute video down to say a 15Mb download? If the answer if DivX, anyone know where I can get software to output an 'avi' to DivX?
Glad you're enjoying it

I downloaded it okay, only took about 30mins to get 110Mb - the joys of broadband.
I don't know what sort of compression DivX has, but you could try this www.divx.com/divx/drdivx/ the software's got a 15 day trial period.
Neil.
Defintely put me down for one Steve. Oddly enough I was clearing out my laptop case tonight and came across a letter addressed to you with 1x cheque inside - payment for the last DVD . Apologies for that I'll put in the post tomorrow. I presume it will still be valid(!?)
Downloading the current video now and will view in the morning.
