How are you going to take delivery on the 15th?

Are you driving down to Cornwall in one car and coming back in another? That would be good! smile

I'll be along I think, but might dash off in a different direction further up and meet you there a bit later on as I've still not been able to get a quote to sort my car out.

I'll be there, I'm 99% certain. Having my brakes sorted tomorrow, although I won't have the dust seals by then, this shouldn't cause a major problem for a few days.

I may be able to make this - firstly where the heck is Gaydon?
Secondly - any further meeting points arranged? I'm in Cambs but can get to the M1 (M/Keynes) within 1/2 n hour so any peeps heading from that sort of direction?

the other weekend i went to Gaydon "supercar" weekend and the route i took home back to Reading was great !
Basically from Gaydon
I took the B4100 to banbury which runs south along side the M40 this is a fast open road and with very little traffic.
Then from Banbury A4260 towards Oxford, then picking up the A44 south which turns into A34 around Oxford (ring road)

you can then go down the A34 or if you still want cross country action then go south East on the A4074 to Walingford and on to Reading !

All we have to do this route in the opposite direction up to Gaydon

any comments welcome

the country lanes round gaydon seldom have speed cameras, but probably plod is watching this and going to be waiting there

but great nice roads, the b4100 to banbury from gaydon is a great road- used by AM to test their cars too

Gaydon- M40 Jct 12- when you get off motorway, turn LEFT, drive for 300 metres till roundabout, turn Right, drive 150 metres, then turn left into gaydon heritage museum
