I did not go to this one but Goodwood festival of speed would be ideal. It has its own campsite and has loads to see in the day!

I cant wait for next year, maybe at knockhill Fantastic weekend despite the weather, I think I may need a new liver! 7 hour drive home in wet socks wasnt too fun! Ill stick up my pictures tomorrow when I get back to my house, at the parents just now getting them to do my washing.

Was discussing with ThePassenger...

we reckon the solution to this year's wind/rain problems involves a hired van (not an RV or anything) with room for a mattress etc in the back - sorted windproof, rainproof and loadsaroom for stuff.

If you do get a RV make sure that everything works for the period of hire

If I'd had known that I would have gladly have given you a pair of mine - I did my packing in two sessions and accidentally put socks in both times.

The socks were dry it was just the wet shoes that did the damage! I should have worn my footy boots, at least Id have used them then!
