Yes, but can we have it in summer and inland please biggrin

June/July/August, a nice central location, and no security/marshalls/stewards/bouncers etc will be required either. It's not rocket science.

Thank you.
Exactly, and a donut competition too biggrin

I did not go to this one but Goodwood festival of speed would be ideal. It has its own campsite and has loads to see in the day!

GFOS have asked me if PH want to do a PH parking area at the event as an added attraction to the event- i'm chatting more about it this week

I do have a few thoughts on PF08, but i'll run all of them past you guys.

Just what I was thinking.

We want it to be PistonFest, not just the PistonHeads enclosure at someone else's event.

Oh, and a total ban on 'drum and shite' music blasting out from car stereos.
And can we please not have the dance equivalent of Black Lace blasting out of the Marquee please? If you'd wanted something modern to dance to my ipod had 2 days worth of dance/trance on it and I had the hook up cables to a sound system with me.

:shakeshead:

Was discussing with ThePassenger...

we reckon the solution to this year's wind/rain problems involves a hired van (not an RV or anything) with room for a mattress etc in the back - sorted thumbup windproof, rainproof and loadsaroom for stuff.

If you do get a RV make sure that everything works for the period of hire biggrin

If I'd had known that I would have gladly have given you a pair of mine - I did my packing in two sessions and accidentally put socks in both times. biggrin

The socks were dry it was just the wet shoes that did the damage! I should have worn my footy boots, at least Id have used them then! hehe
