I had that a couple of weeks ago Paul. It lasts a couple of days and then improves. Not pleasant though!! Drink loads of water and bland food....I found that instant quaker oats (microwaveable) in the morning helps to restore normal bodily functions

Depends how lazy you are I guess! My car has done (prior to my owning it) 0 to 155mph without changing gear, which must've felt weird!
