Northants Run XII & Dunstable Hoon - Sunday Aug 12th

Hey all

I was the monkey in the CLIO sport 172 from the Dunstable meet. Apologies now for holding any of you up and to also say thanks for making me feel welcome. Apologies for the loud trance music also but it helps me concentrate, ironic huh & I DID turn it right down when that maniacly fast porsche went past me in the Hatfield tunnel.

Some fantastic cars there with my personal favourite being the Porsche Carrera GT and also that Noble with the funny lights at the back.

You weren't holding anyone up mate so don't worry about it.
Your car was great on most of them roads... until the VX and Noble flew past
You were playing music I couldn't hear it over my zorst

Hi Rob, we had a good run even without the others!! The front spoiler seems ok no obvious damage, sounded much worse than it was... Your car certainly has some grunt - good fun! Loved the sound of that Carrera GT though, just lovely....

I know a man got shot in the leg a few years ago, also on the M40. This poor man has lost his life, its a real shock isn't it.

Erm, I'm guessing the bloke who shot him might have an idea.

A few pics from me, taken at the M1 services. A very nice array of machinery again, and some decent weather too, unlike last time! We didn't do the run as we went straight to Silverstone but did enjoy a 'spirited' blat up the M1 with the L888DER Boxster.

seems quite a coincedence don't you think? in 2001 after the BB someone was shot on the M40, and this year the same thing, very sad if it is related to the BB
