VMAX event at Bruntingthorpe - here are my action shots
Discussion
Hi there,
As promised, here are some of my action shots from yesterdays event at Bruntingthorpe.
Many of these shots were taken out on the far side of the runway as the cars approached the timing beams. This meant I was trying to take shots of the cars as they passed me at over 150mph. In fact many of these cars were doing over 180mph as they crossed the beams. Bearing this in mind I am quite happy with the pictures.
Hope you like them

Hi there,
Many thanks for all your comments and thanks to the people who have e-mailed me directly with requests for pics. Think I have answered all of them, if I have missed anyone please let me know.
I was only able to stay at the event until around 12.30pm as I had a prior engagement and had to leave. Will be trying to spend all day at the next one to make sure I get plenty of pics of each car.
Only got one action shot and it is really poor, will try for a better one next time.
Have to say the Cayman looks lovely in that spec, the Boxster that was there was similar in spec (same colour and wheels) this also looked great.
Regards
Tim

Those are great thanks! The Boxster you mention is one of mine as well, bought from OPC dealer stock as was the Cayman hence the similar specs - they sell well apparently.
