Bump!

Gone a bit quiet in here, shirley we can pull more than half a dozen cars together? (Although we always get more cars than confirmations on here)

Perhaps whoever it was that organised the BBQ with the landlord last time around could try again, that might create a bit more interest?
That was mebiggrin

I emailed the Kent Run organisers offering to help but didnt get a reply.

I assumed my help wasnt needed - someone let me know if Im wrong, but for all I know they've sorted it.

No disrepect to Jay who is probably up to his marlins in stuff to sort out for the run but yes nick if you could steer things a bit with regards to an Ide Hill meet then that would be most appreciated!

Hi Nick wavey
We normally get around 60 cars at Ide Hill, which is usually about double the number of people who actually express an interest on these threads. When there has been a 'special occasion' in the past we've had around 100. As far as I know the last Kent Run had about 60% turnout of the people who expressed an interest. Allowing for an overlap of people doing both I think maybe we should be expecting around 100ish... although it could be a lot more.

Me again

Ive contacted The Woodman & he didnt know about the plans - that could have been a bit of a strain on the kitchen!

All booked now for a bbq just like last time, at a cost of £10.00 per head.

He will be catering for 100 people, have fun - not sure if I will be there myself this time but I'll know nearer the time.
