If it makes you feel any better, we had a wonderful day thumbup
Of course it does, I'm glad it was such a good PH event, and Garlick deserved a change in his luck.
Garlick was going to stapled to a stake and burnt if it rained again!

I was thinking of making a little wax doll and cutting off a lock of his hair to stick to it, then sacrificing it to the Rain Gods who he obviously needs to appease for some evil he's done in his past life.
I think Garlick tried to get away from you when you spoke about his hair being cut off! lol just uploading some photos now smile
At least if he had less hair it wont take him as long to get ready, apparently he needs an hour in the mornings!!

Ooops, I wasnt supposed to tell anyone that evil

(I think thats reverse pshycology though, telling a woman 'dont tell anyone' really means, I want everyone to know)

What a great day outclapthumbup, thanks to all at PH for organising and to Damax for their hospitality. Thankfully the rain held off to well after the end, the only wet I got was the champers shower at the podium - I'm sure the drivers targeted me!! smile

Will post up a link for photos soon, got a fair few to sort out

Will any of you ladies be there on the 16th September as I am going on my own and it would be nice to say hello . Looking at the cars my little Yaris would not have looked too out of place, that was one of the reasons that made me give the ticket away.

Oi, leave my hair out of it!...and as if i take an hour to get ready wink

The sun always shines when i'm around! Even if it's raining!

Glad you all enjoyed it, it was great to meet you all- always nice to meet PHers and always such top people. I must give my thanks to SRO (Mike and Ali) and Motion Works (Jeff) for making it happen and here's to an equally successful Thruxton, Croft and season final at Rockingham.

Thanks again

Top class picture Emma!! The highlight of my day, probably the week and maybe the month.......taking out Tony's Stingray Racer for a spin. An awesome piece of kit which is an absolute joy to drive! I'm still smiling now!

P.S.
Not a bad looking car sat behind it either biggrin

I wondered who'd be first to point that out. Bit disappointed I didn't realise it was an RB Scooby though, that Burns fella was an absolute driving legend!

16th Sept is the Le Mans Series, not a Pistonheads meet, message for anyone who fancies saying hello.

I dcout I'll go Linda, but if I change my mind (which is highly likely) I'll let you know.

You shouldn't worry about your car, seriously, no-one cares what car you drive. And being a woman, you can use your special charms to walk up to strange men and ask them to take you out in their car. Men can't do that because they look gay!

Cheers Matt - although there's many that I've not posted as Luca will have these covered and his will be 1000 times better than mine.
