I won a ticket for myself. My other half can sit outside...lol

As mentioned on the Northants run thread ages ago.
I am going to Silverstone after the Northants run pre meet as I want to see the cars before they start the race and not get there half way through.
Anyone else is welcome to tag along.

I will miss the 9.30 GT welcome.

I've just had an e-mail to say that I have won too!!!

Unfortunately it transpires that I cannot go as I have been double booked so I have e-mailed garlik back and the ticket can go to another fortunate PH'er.

Myself and a couple of other guys at work have all received confirmation. My weekend is starting to look less dull by the minute!

Hello all,

Due to the postal strike all of you who have won tickets to the BGT event at Silverstone (you will have recieved an e mail if you're a winner) will need to collect your tickets at the Silverstone welcome centre.

Alex will be there to hand out your tickets from 08.00 and the DAMAX form will take place from 09.30.

I'll send you all an e mail with directions to the welcome centre.

Finally, don't forget to place the PH flag image on your dash to gain entrance to the infield.

Have you noticed that quite a few ticket winners will be arriving around lunchtime, will picking up tickets then still be ok? (I will arrive at 10:30, sadly missing the Damax intro).

Good point, it will be quite difficult getting there for 8am from Leeds... especially as Sunday follows Saturday night!

same here, I wouldn't think we'll be there till around 12.30
