Nah you weren’t the bad the worse one I saw was the Bentley who just under steered to the grass! Not sure I commented when I was recording but I did laugh out loud!

The best has to be Steve in the Z4M

Wish it was an 'M' mate! Just a lowly 3.0si.... which makes driftng it a little harder because of the lack of a limited slip diff. Just takes a bit more provocation to get sideways in the first place wink

Just commented on another thread - sadly I missed it as was photographing corner entry at that point frown We were doing some drift tuition/practice on that bend at lunchtime - should have come over! Make sure you grab me next time and I'll make sure I can get some shots of you drifting thumbup

Did anyone get any shots/video of my non-drifting, non-grass cutting trips round the track ? I *think* that's my nearside front wheel in the first photo with the wheelspinning NSX... (mine was the black 996 Turbo S cab wanting to be the 9ff cab)

My clutch at least held up this time, despite the extra punishment it took due to the ECU tweak arranged by Allan at Weltmeister - thanks for that Allan, it was worth it if only to be asked at the end of a lap by the F430 driver whether my car was stock biggrin

My own attempts at incar video-ing aren't worth posting as my £5 Maplins suction mount only allowed a lopsided angle with my digital camera....

Very kind Steve, but the best shots surely featured you at the wheel. In fact the perfect combo would be you photographing yourself drifting.

Did you see your mammoth slide at the end of the vid I posted??

Ta for the advice, very enlightening.

Craig,
Good to meet you on Sunday (Mike, Silver 996 Turbo). Your car is well sorted, as I discovered in the back lanes on the way to VMAX! I will be speaking to Andy at Fearnsport soon regarding some similar tweeks. See you at the next one in October.
Cheers
MIKE

Craig,

My other half was filming from the NSX when you came flying by (I'm glad your car isn't standard as I thought I'd selected reverse!). It is not the best quality but when I've got it edited I will post it on a website

Sam, big thanks for letting me take the wheel and demonstrate a little of what I was talking about.... As ever, I find myself beguiled by your GT3 - its just such a damned nice car (and a really good drift tool too). Found this pic with me pointing at the corner exit mid drift yikeshehe

Got plenty cool ones of you drifting too wink

Yeah was well happy with the video, just wish you'd gotten out to make it hehe
