Sept 13th - max out charity track day -TVRCC rules

Unfortunatly we have had to cancel the event at Elvington on Saturday the 13th of September due to lack of interest.
We have only received 25 bookings and needed at least 55 to cover the cost of the day. So rather than the TVR CC being left with a £2k + bill to cover the short fall, we have decided to cancel the day.
Apologies to all who wanted to attend, it would have been a great day, it was last year.
Maybe we will try to organise something next year, jointly with another club to split the costs.

very sad as Ill have to offer the sponsors the return of the charity monies and it looks like the hearing dogs will go short this year

To those who it their cup a tea - why do people insist on trying to book the week before?
I hope people begin to realise that as an organiser you need the bulk on board early doors to make an event viable
Just watch week before BTaP there will be a rush
