Would it be possible to meet somewhere on M1 or A1 in central-ish Yorkshire for a convoy up to County Durham? So to allow as many regions (Yorkshire & Midlands) as possible to go up together, as well as peeps travelling up from the south? Looking on the map, somewhere like Woolley Services near J39 M1, meeting around 9am?

Just a thought, any ideas

If theres a few I will meet you

Why dont you start another thread but dont forget its not a convoy

All vehicles welcome - not just TVR - lets get a good cross section of the PH community there

Is there going to be different "stands". Do I go to a TVR "stand" or a Pistonheads "stand" with me car or just park up next to the previous car to go in?. Am I getting too complicated?

I was just planning on going up on the Sunday - is this turning into an overnighter now?

When are you going up Rich (Gemini) and are there a few TVRs going up at the same time? If there's a few NYTVCC or WYTVRCC throwing in together for BBQ food or drink, let me know and I'll be the one with the string of sausages flying from the boot!

There might be another Marcos Mantula coming along for the day.

I say mix and match.
This isn't a show, it's a get together.

Err, yes.
Turn up, make some noise, smile, look at the cars, talk to the people, rumble home.

Thats rumble as in "V8", rather than as in "Johnny Fartpants" I presume?

Take your pick, personally I find both highly entertaining.

The general car park will be a mix and match

There is a TVRCC concours competition and those wishing to enter will park in a separate area

I'll be there, will be in the 205 GTi though, as I can't afford anything more exotic yet!

For what it's worth - the AA's route finder knows where Raby Castle is, so simply pop that in as your destination, whereever you're coming from as your start point and click "calculate"

Sorted!

Well I'll be there and if they attend please keep the owner away from me. And anyone else who owns an Integrale May I respectfully suggest Nick at Kankku rather than these Charlatans.

Rich, Have a great time at the BNG. It's a shame that Steve, myself and Surrey TVR Monkey won't be in attendance. Hope the weather stays fine for you. See you at the AGM.
Best wishes

(After two years I've got my own nick-name. It was great hi-jacking Steve's profile while it lasted. Operating above the law and all that!).
