Leighton Buzzard Meet 'n' Beer III : The Fun Run

Perhaps we should find the Saab driver and asking him to answer Tony's three questions
Actually, in Tony's defence, the Saab couldn't be seen until we were level with DeTomaso. That's when we hit the rev limiter, and once in third, the take was completed cleanly. Five litres may have helped, so would another thousand rpm before the limiter kicks in!!
Of course there is one more question which needs answering, it's the ultimate test of how good a take this was: Tony, have you shown your colleagues the clip?

Any tips??
What are you planning on doing with it, uploading to the web? Disc?
What are you using to create a VCD? (which are monumentally crap anyway)

Wheres the Video?
We're struggling to get it past the BBFC. They want lots cut out, even give it an 18 certificate. They said it was one of the worst examples of it's genre, and that certain scenes were just so bad that without editing, they are unable to give any classification. Their main concerns for the impact on small children were: The sound track, and the scene entitled "The overtake".
Oggs tried to explain that the soundtrack is just the noise from your car, but they've flatly refused to believe us on that. Apparently two of their reviewers had to be treated in hospital for bleeding from the ear-drums caused by the extreme noise.
As for the scene that they have an issue with, we've pointed out that the vehicle involved was driven by a professional, but they've passed a copy onto the CPS for their own review. Hopefully we'll hear back soon, and we'll keep you informed!!
