There have been 2 people drop out so I have used MartinM1 and Furyous as replacements at 106 and 107...

So far everyone that has emailed me or requested to be put on the list have been added to the list below. The numbers now stand at 160. There will be room for more but we are not far off the maximum numbers now.

Please continue to email me to be placed on the reserve list, and before the run I will post a definitive list based on total numbers and last minute drop-outs etc

So far so good... As things stand, the entire reserve list so far are odds on to be guaranteed a spot.

Once we get the inevitable drop outs (of which there will be many as is always the case) we will be under the max number.

As previously mentioned, there is no guarantee you will get a parking slot... What it relies on is that people are sensible and realise that if your not on the final list turning up will just serve to deny somebody else their place. (When you think of all the photo's that will be taken on the day, it won't be too hard to establish any gatecrashers either)

Unfortunatley as preivously mentioned, there is no other way of doing it. It's either this way, or no meet at all

There will be more spaces available than the current list, and nearer the time I will publish the definitive list. It will be based on a first come first serve basis as it's the fairest way

It's around 4 weeks away now, and I think it is time to say, any newbie posters/new members please don't mail or ask to go on the request list.

Reserve numbers are high, and I have to prioritise. It's not fair to turn away seasoned PHers in favour of those who have been "told about" or informed of the thread elsewhere. I hope you understand it is juggling numbers that is the issue, not the lack of welcome.
