Potential new venue in South Wales

Hi guys,

Just started a new job as manager of a holiday park where we have events such as car meets, etc and being a confirmed petrolhead thought would post here so if anyone needs somewhere to hold a display or car meet email me and we can sort it out.

Owner said no charges will apply!

Venue is large car park overlooking Bristol channel near Cardiff Airport (holds 70 cars) plus there is a large maintained field (ten acres) with good access used for caravan rallies that would be ideal for larger events/overnight camping, etc.

On the park there is a good clubhouse right on top of the cliffs with toilets, bar, facilities for 150 people, and a large outdoor patio.

Sounds like a great venue also some very good and lightly populated roads in the area for a 'nonvoy run'...

Ha ha, it's just a field.
Was suggesting for overnight camping, etc, if enough interest to use for show venue. Not actually a campsite soz.

So what IS there, is it camping, static 'holiday' homes? Do you have a website please?

It is a static holiday home park with clubhouse, etc. There is a large surplus area of car parking on site, but adjoining it is a ten acre field also where rallies, boot sales, car shows are held. Only been used in the past when people have approached the park, but thought would be a good idea to let people know as not many big areas in South Wales where larger events can be held for free. Soz but no website as yet.

So what are the rates for the statics? Do you rent them for Fri/Sat/(Sun?) only/would you please?

This is virtually next door to where I work, would be pretty cool to organise something down here, it means I wouldn't have to go far!
