First time at the ACE and what a selection of cars.

Given how cold it was I was suprised to see so many cars. You may need a bigger car park as the weather warms up though.

Interesting drive back ended up following a Skoda with Union Jacks on the side and MacMillian nurses. Fastest Skoda I've seen went like stink. If anyone has any ideas what in let me know as my son wants one for his mum.

Good to see you John, that Skoda belongs to James a mate of mine, it's not bad is it?
I 've followed him all over Europe and it's a great piece of kit.

his user name is GO VRS and it does biggrin

I hope to make it down to the next one. I had planned on coming last night but my meeting didn't finish until 6pm in Slough. I sat in Slough traffic for 30 minutes and then decided that I was tired, the car wasn't clean enough and the traffic was doing my chuds in so I bailed.

I will plan better for the next one smile

Just a quick note to say thanks again to the chaps who organised it. It was my first time at the Ace but I really enjoyed it (as did Little Miss Will, who I hope didn't cause too much disruption!)

Yep - I was a piston heads virgin till sunday night, joined the forum and then turned up last night! Met Harsh and his loud 360 and John in a silver 911 cs4 - I was in the black M6, which paled into insignificance against the Lambo's....

Hot dogs and tea were a must - and very nice too. Many thanks for the warm welcome guys/gals.

Look out for the stealth six sometime soooooooooon.........

Mike - not thought of a 'wrap' yet - have had the front grills painted mat black - where would one go for a decent wrap? You have sewn the seed now, and I like to be different.......

i rather liked the 'white carbon' look that was on the SLR...
shame it wasn't lighter think it would have looked rather smart in the daylight

Hi

I wanted to make it again, however after being at a Trade show all day I was knackered so turned off at Slough to get home off the M40.

The weather looked much better than the meet last month where we got the snow !

I will make it to the next one !

To the PHer with the BMW M6 thinking of getting a Vinyl wrap, please check Totally Dynamic in Enfield, they had a full on review in last months Performance BMW magazine and I've been using them for over 4 years. Fantastic quality and some of the best specialists in the UK and they do have a franchise throughout the UK. Speak to Scott at the Enfield brach and mention I Dennis, with the E39 white Touring with the printed CF roof wrap sent you!

Lastly, are there any pics from last night?

Cheers, Dennis! West London & Slough UK!

More than welcome mate - and as I said, the 335i in se trim is a proper car - one of my faves, although I prefer a 335d remapped!! Hope you settle in 'dan sarf' - remember, Glasgows even colder!!
Hope to catch up with you soon mate.
