That was awesome.
Please could somebody provide more information on this car? Thanks!
I know it belongs to this guy, and it's something stupid like one of two but that's about it

Cool. Thanks Matt.

On another note, can anybody advise me on what 'flavour' of 356 was in the experience centre please? Was it an 'A'?
It was a 'Pre A' and I think the only one in the UK
Indeed. I did some digging around my library. It's a 1300 cc pre-A (~1950-1952). Very pretty car!

I love these old 356's and saw that one in April on the MK Classic Tour parked outside Porsche Centre in the pouring rain!! Mine was the cream Speedster...sadly a 2 year old replica not a real one!

Well now the dust has settled and we all had a sleep, I figure it was time to say a BIG thanks to not only Garlick but to all the PH team for what was a fantastic morning.
All your hard work paid off and with 700 plus cars to park it was no mean task.
I really did have a great time and the fact that my timing was spot on to "blag" a GT3 "party bag" demo run really made my day!!! It even made up for the M40 Motorway "works" Mini whooping I got LOL I'll get him next time ;-)

So once again thanks from one very happy Pistonheader!!

Already looking forward to the next one.................
M40 Works Mini? What colour was it? I was driving the electric blue one!
Yup, that was me! Was running late to the Beaconsfield Meeting place. Scooby looked good though!!

Just like to say thank you to the Ferarri and Porches on the M40 who got me in the Saab home in record time on Sunday
Seconded (as passenger of the above)
Appreciation to the Audi S5 too. I wouldn't have thought it possible to be home from Silverstone in such a small amount of time. hehe
