Just wondering whether this is happening this coming Saturday and what time it kicks off?

Went to Brooklands last year but fancy something different to blow out the cobwebs. Looking at photos from last year it attracts some nice stuff.

It's been going for donkey's years apparently and fairly well snarls up the A30 for the morning with cars filling the pub car park and also parked down both sides and in the central reserve!

The Inn is under new ownership AFAIK but the Basingstoke Classic Car Club and a fair few other car forums have it listed as an event so I presume it's a goer. Things generally kick off around 10am and cars come and go throughout the day, a real array of machines attend, thoroughly recommended smile

Nothing on the Pub's site about it? Worth a drive over from the sound of it.

It starts to get really busy at 11ish, I'm probably going to get there for about 10:20ish as I only live about 2 miles away.

Really good morning, loads of cars as usual, when I was leaving I went up and down the strip of road a few times just to look at all the cars, I'll post some pictures later.

A very good turnout (again). Link to my photos:

Apologies for the number of Austin Sevens - my step-father has just bought one to restore, so I thought I'd get a few photos for him.

I've lived in Fleet for about 20 years, but last year was the first time I got to the event.

This year's had a much bigger turnout of classics/interesting cars and visitors.

Never been before and it was really a spur of the moment thing this morning, but glad I made the effort, a great collection of cars smile Loved the mix, austin sevens parked up next to '50's American trucks, rat look hot rods next to ferraris. Shame I had to leave early but lunch was calling....

Surely you don't mean the dark green one with bronze coloured 20" alloy wheels eek that is awful!
