It's a possibility, but the consequences of getting it wrong are far too expensive to consider!

As I stated earlier, common rail diesels have enough problems running on normal diesel without adding anything else into the mix.

so true....

When they work, they are great. When they stop working.....consider getting rid of the car before anyone finds out, and you have to pay for a complete new fuel system !!

so true....

yes the days of simplicity and long term reliability have long since gone with diesel motors banghead

which is why I have a £200 Nissan Sunny diesel as my runaround/dog transport/ parts hauler/mobile shed.
