That still does not answer why the whole bank is fouled in fact the opposite as 7 would just not be opening.

My money is still on a short to earth on the return wires to the ECU from the injectors.

On TVR RV8 installation the coil is mounted on a bracket hanging off the front plenum fixing and hangs down the side of the plenum. I have twice seen injector wiring shorted to the bottom edge of the bracket causing all that bank of injectors to be open all the time.

IF....If it has closed loop lambda, a non firing injector would allow air to pass and the ecu would think it's running very lean, and hence try and add lots of fuel...which of course isnt going to fix anything.

In that case make sure you set the CO trim up correctly on the side of the AFM- as you have no lambdas you need to set the mixture manually with this adjustment, and it will affect the running up to around 2500 rpm. You can do it by ear on a warm engine- you wind it clockwise to lean the mixture until the engine runs rough, then back it off a turn or two until you get a smooth idle, or even better use a CO meter.

Top tip, thank you.
