longer track rods/ends and custom steering column

Been struggling with two (3) parts for a while for my project. Capri with adjustable tca's and top mounts so track is approx 50mm wider than standard. Nowhere near enough adjustability on the rack ends to cover this so at the moment I have hilarious squinty wheels. Who makes longer track rod ends or longer track rods for capri/escort racks?
AND. Lower steering column. Again its a capri/escort rack, one that sits above the subframe rather than below as many do. Upper column is a corsa c electronic jobby. Trying to connect the two, space is pretty tight due to exhaust headers but a shaft with two uj's will fit as long as the knuckles aren't stupidly large. Heat soak may be an issue, headers are ceramic coated but as long as the saft fits with a bit of clearance I could build a heat sheild to protect the joints. Again, who can make me a column please?
