BMW N47 2 litre diesel timing chain failure

Hi timing chain has failed on my 5 series, BMW say a new engine £8000 plus but I have found this company on the Internet does anyone have any feed back on them

I've done a few but before they have failed .bm say the head needs to come off but we have managed to sneak the new one in without disturbing it . £2500 is about right if there is top end damage as we charge around £1500 to replace both chains and tensioners etc as the engine needs to come out
