You do realise, that before all these fancy CNC machines were invented, people modified such things by hand ?

There are many ways to achieve the CR, and as already stated, really that is the least of his worries.
If he cant even manage that which is the most simple of tasks, he stands no chance of pushing the boost he talks about. Not by a long shot.

Why not offset grind the crank journals in the block to lower the crank. Easy peasy, jobs a goodun. Then all you need is a lowering spacer for the sump.
