12mm Diameter Cam Cap Dowel

I'm trying to find some 12mm x 10mm (8.5mm ID) steel dowels. They are for my AJP8 but don't seem to be available from TVR suppliers. I am sure they are used by other engines, can anyone tell me what that might be?
