EVAP and EGR Removal

Interested to know what would it take to remove the EVAP system and the EGR valve from my car. How much would it effect the ECU and the general driving of the car?
Car is Suzuki Ignis Sport

Dependant on the Ecu strategy, one or both could raise a fault code, engine light, limp home, reduced power ........
That could be easily dealt with by a good remap man.

I get why you would want to remove / block the EGR but why the EVAP ??
