The chain in the video is already an adjustable gear with duplex chain.

Oddly, the V8's normally used this style of duplex chain



yet an upgrade was to this style




And I recall 20 years ago....Mini's used to use the open back style of Duplex chain...then Kent came out with an uprated vernier gear for it...which used the OEM V8 style of chain lol

Really no idea which is better !

Thats gubbed.

Use the hyvo chain from the later engines. They don't seem to stretch that bad but they do wear the gears.

Not sure if the adjustable pulley is available for the hyvo's though.

The bottom gear won't normally just slide off either even with heat, a bit of hammering is often required.
