Hi,

I've purchased a couple of gaskets for the join from manifold & cat to exhaust but they are slightly smaller than the OE ones. In real world terms is it likely to cause a problem with restriction or am I over worrying?

Also what is the diameter of the hole in the gasket compared to the internal diameter of your pipes?

Pipe diameter is 47mm and the gasket is 46mm. The old gasket was 49mm.

It looks like it should seal but to be honest it's not the end of the world it is leaks because that will force me to buy the OE gaskets. (£11 each ouch).

It looks like there is a bit of a flare to the end of the pipe, making the gasket the same diameter as the pipe.
