Corsa Diesel blue smoke & rough idle

As per the title - 2009 Corsa diesel. Rough idle and blue smoke on start-up. Calms down when warm but still lumpy. Suggestions as to possible cause gratefully relieved.

Sounds/looks like it could be early signs of ring wear causing extra oil to be in the CC early on & then is burnt off by the engine & cleared.

Could also be just a bit of a diesel leak from the injectors into the CC also.

Does it show any signs of smoke on "the overrun" such as when slowing to come off the motorway?

Can't say I've noticed any smoke whilst decelerating. Took it in to my mate and he read it for codes, but nothing in the memory that would lend any clues.

I've told her to take it back to the dealer for repair as its a trade sale and less than 3 months from when she bought it.

Update - she got it back to the dealer before the warranty ran out, 2 new injectors, problem solved.
