Hi folks, looking to get some thoughts from the forum on Superchips and in particular the Bluefin handset mapping they offer.

has anyone used superchips for a map? have you seen any non superchips dyno figures and how do they compare to their quoted figures?
normally i wouldn't entertain a flash map and would go custom mapping, but the idea of being able to pop the map on and off at will certainly has its merits.

thoughts please folks

I used bluefin on a mini one and it was supposed to take it up to cooper spec, i forget the figures but it was easy to put on and remove. It improved the all round driveability but i cant say i noticed a huge difference, although im aware the gains on a N/A car are always small.

I haven't heard many great Bluefin reviews, had my Mini mapped using other software rather than a generic map

IIRC Cooper and One are the same engines, just with less % Throttle butterfly actuation in comparison to throttle pedal angle. 57% seems to be the figure in mind.
