MBE 967iD TPS help

I'm looking for advice on setting up a MBE 967iD please.
I have acquired an old 967iD that was originally running a Zetec. In it's previous installation all that was connected was the coilpack and a crank sensor. I have now fitted it to an XE engine.
I've modified the wiring for the Vauxhall crank sensor and have also added wiring for a tps and water temp sensor.
The trigger wheel has been changed from 36-1 to 60-2 and have adjusted the crank sensor timing offset to suit.
Problem is that ecu is not seeing the tps or water temp sensor. The values for throttle position and water temperature are not changing on the easymap live data screen. 5v has been confirmed at both. The tps signal has been measured at the tail of the loom crimp going into ecu, so I know that wiring part of it is ok.
Do the tps and water temp inputs have to to enabled somewhere on easymap? I have looked pretty thoroughly and can't find anything even in master profile.
