I've fitted a modern Bosch 120A alternator to my 1988 car.The old alternator only had 2 connections = large main output to battery and a wire to the dash warning light. The new alternator has 3 - the main output and then a 2 pin connector which is the lead to the dash warning light and also 12v from ign switch I think. I can attach photos - I need to know which of the 2 pins is which connection.
5 minutes of google for 'Bosch 0124425060':
Connection terminology:
http://www.autoelectro.co.uk/sites/default/files/m...
L being a 12v supply on ignition for the light which goes out when the alternator is running.
DFM is monitoring circuit to the ECU.
