w124 300e cutting out abs light on

lads, my newly bought w124 ran sweet as a nut and i think i have cursed it, havn't even had a chance to post her on the barge thread and now im having second thoughts but do not want to sell her

ideally if anyone can help i would be greatful.. i have looked on various forums but theres just too much info and i know one size doesn't fit all,

issue i have is ABS light is on most of the time, and last few days shes cut out when at the traffic lights, started up fine following day went to start her and she turned over and within under a second she cut out, now i know its a electrical issue but it doesn't narrow it down much, could be ovp, o2 sensor, idle control value, wiring loom ( i hope not) had some info from previous owner she used to cut out when warm but the ht leads and dist cap was replaced and that cured that issue, the ovp and other sensors have never been changed by previous owner.

could someone tell me isn't it possible to stick her on the STAR? or is it too old to have that technology?

thanks for reading and i do hope i find a fix for this, even tho she is running fine again but i just don't trust it to take it out :0
