Intermittent judder on Chevorlet Orlando

My Chevorlet is a 2.0 VCDI that has only done 38k, just over 2 months ago i started to experience an intermittent judder when driving after being caught in a really heavy downpour. The garage found some water in the fuel filter and this was dealt with however the fault continued, the dealership ran tests and said that it needed at new injection manifold which was replaced......the fault has still continued. Every time the dealership has it they can not fault it....the computer says NO. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this fault. Injectors have been checked and are fine they've told me...........

If it were this you would see the traction control light, but I have had it before when an abs sensor was going to ground in heavy rain & was felt through the whole car as it kept cutting in the traction control when pulling away, no fault seen when in normal running to chase though.
