Weird rattle/rasping noise Megane EDC Diesel Automatic

Hi,
I have a Renault Megane Nav 2015(65) 12800 miles EDC diesel dCi 1.5.
I get a weird rattle/rasping noise when I accelerate and just before the EDC changes from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd.
Renault garage says its normal but I'm not so sure.
I recorded the noise using my phone attached under the bonnet of the car and I have uploaded a video to Youtube.

Hope someone can help identify the source of the noise because its really bugging me.
