With setting up a new business, having a full time job and getting fit and the new house I can't find the time to sort out the 7.
So here's an idea looking for a mechanically minded person to sort out my 7 and in return they have the use of the 7.

Okay so what's wrong with the 7 ? Actually probably very little. The engine, a K series fails to start ( starter motor doesn't turn ), over heats ( thermostat ? ) and it needs an MOT . Thats about it .

So in return for getting the car back on the road you're have use.... any track or handling days you're be welcome to come along and use it.

PM if you're interested and the car is in a double garage and i've got a comprehensive tool kit.

Located in Chertsey Surrey

Why not just take it to a local garage ?

Bold idea. Beware entrusting your seven to somebody who can't spanner right or drive properly. Wouldn't be hard to kill off an overheating k-series or crash it.

nice idea in principle. I looked into it with a mate when Aston V8's were £15k. In the end we couldnt agree on terms: who pays if it breaks whilst being driven? If it breaks between drivres, what happens then? Is your garage security good enough for my asset? Can I let someoene else drive? What happens if we both want to use it on the same sunny weekend? I want to take my Dad to le mans, not you. Cant you take a different car? etc etc etc

In the end, too many potentials to lose friends (and money). The K series is a common engine. Why not just get it fixed?
