Rear Quarter Dent Repairable?

Any thoughts on whether this dent can be pulled or knocked out? It's quite deep and the edge of the panel is quite deformed.

Any ideas of how much it would cost to repair?

It absolutely can be repaired, it is going to involve hot work as the panel is double skinned- probably a pin puller. The whole panel will need to be painted and blended into the adjacent. A good job might be £400+ in addition to the cost of a new rear light unit.
