Whats leaking?

Noticed a leak under car today. Any idea what it is? Probably going to be something obvious but I have no idea.

But yes, it's condensated water exhausting from the a/c system.

All normal. It's water that has condensed from the air rather than a sealed system that's leaking. Every a/c system even has a small pipe that exits under the car for exactly this reason. (Some dump it onto a warm gearbox casing or near the car's exhaust pipe to give it a chance of evaporating instead of excessive dripping)

You will find that you'll probably notice it more during hot weather and will start to spot the tell-tale puddles underneath other recently parked cars too.
