V6 cologne tappet adjustment

Hi, I have a John Toovey prepared Ford 2.9L V6 cologne engine (carb) fitted in my TVR Tasmin racer. It seems to be going well enough but it sounds a bit "tappety" and may need the gaps resetting. Any ideas on what the gaps should be?
