Pectel Remapping

Hello,

Can anyone suggest / recommend a tuner who works with Pectel ECUs ?

My Atom has one and it runs far too richly, I heard rumours that it was done without the use of a rolling road hence being very conservative.

I also hear that the map could be 'locked' so there is not much can be done other than starting again.

Anyone got any pointers / suggestions ?
